I’m looking for an experienced entrepreneurial operator to join me in the next phase.

Not a traditional employee, and not a consultant who only gives advice.

I’m looking for someone who has already experienced what it means to build a startup from the inside — ideally as a founder, co-founder, COO or senior business/operations lead — and who is comfortable working across business development, partnerships, fundraising, strategy and day-to-day execution.

Someone who knows what it means to build with limited resources, deal with uncertainty, open commercial doors and turn priorities into action.

Experience with a startup that did not ultimately succeed is absolutely not a negative. In many cases, it is exactly the kind of experience I value: having learned what works, what does not, and what you would do differently the second time around.

**What I’m looking for:**

* based in Milan / Lombardy, or regularly present in Milan;
* strong startup or scale-up experience;
* founder / COO / business development / operations background;
* commercially minded and execution-oriented;
* comfortable with investors, partnerships, business planning and fundraising;
* fluent Italian and English;
* preferably interested in building something again rather than simply taking another corporate role.

Deep-tech company developing biotech for the recycling of mixed textile waste.

The idea would be to start with a **paid fractional collaboration**, working together on real priorities and seeing whether there is genuine complementarity.

If the fit is strong on both sides, the role could evolve into a much deeper long-term leadership position, potentially including equity.

I’m particularly interested in meeting people who are currently between ventures, working fractionally, advising startups, or considering their next entrepreneurial journey.
