Siamo la Società leader nel settore per la lavorazione di prodotti in acciaio inox e precisamente di contenitori per la conservazione di OLIO-VINO-ACETO-MIELE-SUCCHI DI FRUTTA-ACQUA-ALCOLICI etc.
La nostra struttura prevede anche la realizzazione di stampi e di macchinari per la produzione, di interventi parziali su tutti i macchinari acquistati in forma generica e di seguito modificati e personalizzati per ottimizzare la nostra produzione di tutti gli articoli.
Copriamo il mercato mondiale con una incidenza in percentuale sul fatturato totale, pari al 70%, sviluppato negli ultimi 5 anni di attività ed in costante aumento.
Il nostro fatturato si è attestato intorno a 3 milioni di Euro, ma potenzialmente potremo aumentarlo con le aperture di nuovi mercati, grazie all'introduzione sul mercato di due brevetti in fase di attesa e la commercializzazione di impianti per la produzione di birra artigianale, realizzati ed ancora fermi.
Il nostro Marchio è ben considerato a livello mondiale, ma sopratutto negli USA e Canada, ma anche nei motori di ricerca, dove si evidenziano le stellette di merito (recensioni positive) rispetto ai prodotti concorrenziali.
Si porta a conoscenza che l'utile lordo a Giugno 2016 è attestato al 18% con una previsione di arrivo al 20% e che potrebbe crescere con l'utilizzo dei Brevetti e degli impianti di birra.
La nostra ricerca di trovare un Socio Finanziatore è finalizzata :
- proporre nuovi articoli a quelli già esistenti ,
- acquisto di qualche macchinario per i nuovi articoli, aumentare la produzione ed alleggerire i costi,
- acquisto di materie prime (acciaio inox) direttamente da altre fonti, rispetto ai commercianti Italiani,
- trasferire la sede Legale della società in altro Stato.

We are the leader company regarding the sector of manufacture of stainless steel products and precisely
the production of containers for the storage of OIL?WINE?VINEGAR?HONEY?JUICE?WATER?ALCOHOLICS etc..
Our facility permits also the realization of moulds, production machineries and moreover the partial
intervention on machineries bought in generic form and then modified and personalized in order to
optimize the production of all the products.
In the last 5 years the percentage of export of our products all around the world has been of 70% on the
whole turnover and it is in constant growth.
Our turnover was around 3 million euro, but potentially we could increase it by opening ourselves to new
markets, thanks to the introduction in the market of two patents on hold and by the commercialization of a
system for home?made beer production, realized but still idle.
Our brand is well?perceived all around the world, especially in USA and Canada, but also in search engines,
where our company is recognized with merit stars (positive reviews) compared with competitive products.
We want to inform you that our gross profit in June 2016 was of 18% with a prevision of 20% and that it
could grow by using in the market the two patents on hold and the system for home?made beer
production.
We would like to find a financing partner in order to:
? Put new products on the market;
? Buy some machineries for the production of new products, increase the production and alleviate
the costs;
? Buy raw materials (stainless steel) directly from other sources than Italian merchants;
? Transfer the company legal residence in another country;
